Eddy and Yarelys made it their mission to find all there is to know about the fluffy Japanese treat. So, they trained online with one of the most renowned Japanese pastry chefs in the Land of The Rising Sun.

After lots of experimentation, they were finally ready to share their beloved jiggly cheesecake with a wide and creative variety of toppings. The goal? Share their fascination for the Japanese treat with the good people of Miami; Million Delights was born.
